Job Description
Company Description
Sixteen is built to help people achieve digital balance by transforming how they use their phones. Instead of guilt-driven metrics, we use adaptive nudges and smart coaching to encourage healthier screen habits. Trusted by professionals from companies like Google and Microsoft, our mission is to help people move from endless scrolling to a more intentional relationship with technology.
Role Description
We’re looking for a part-time Performance Marketing Expert with strong hands-on experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads, ideally for a US-based app or consumer platform. This role is for someone who can own paid social performance end-to-end—strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Develop and test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and funnels to improve performance
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for key metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, etc.)
- Conduct audience research and experiment with targeting, lookalikes, and retargeting strategies
- Analyze data and translate insights into actionable optimizations
- Collaborate with internal teams on creatives, messaging, and growth experiments
- Maintain clear performance reports and share learnings regularly
Nice to have:
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (this is non-negotiable)
- Proven ability to run, optimize, and scale performance campaigns
- Solid understanding of paid social funnels, attribution, and experimentation
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Analytical mindset with a bias toward action and iteration
- Strong communication skills and clarity in reporting results
- Experience in app marketing or subscription-based consumer products
Role type:
Type: Part-time
Location: Remote
Start: Immediate / Flexible
Why Join Sixteen
- Meaningful product with real impact on people’s lives
- Ownership and autonomy over performance marketing
- Opportunity to grow with an early-stage, mission-driven team
- Flexible, remote-first work culture
