Performance Marketing & Growth Executive

We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Growth Executive with a strong digital mindset and hands‑on execution skills to drive qualified leads and measurable revenue across our luxury and off‑plan developments.

This role is commercial at its core. You will own end‑to‑end digital lead generation – from paid media and landing pages to CRM integration, automation and performance reporting – ensuring marketing directly supports sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize performance campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn
• Own the full digital funnel: Ads → Landing Pages → CRM → Sales
• Manage lead generation, remarketing and nurturing via email, WhatsApp and SMS
• Optimize landing pages, websites and conversion rates (CRO...
