Job Description

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale our paid acquisition across Google and Meta platforms. You'll be hands-on in the accounts, building campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving efficient user growth at scale.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, You Tube.
Manage Meta campaigns including feed ads, Stories, Reels, and Advantage+ campaigns
Develop and test creative strategies, ad copy, visuals, video, and landing pages
Manage budgets efficiently to hit CAC/ROAS targets while scaling spend
Set up and maintain conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics infrastructure
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads at scale ($10 K+/month)
