What You’ll Do ?

• Own and scale Instagram / Meta ad campaigns end-to-end
• Manage and optimize mid to large monthly ad budgets
• Plan, execute, test, and scale performance campaigns with clear ROI goals
• Continuously analyze performance and optimize for CAC, ROAS, LTV
• Build and iterate testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Decide when to kill, iterate, or scale campaigns — fast and decisively
• Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to improve conversion
• Reallocate budgets across channels based on performance signals
• Maintain clear dashboards and performance reporting

What we are looking for ?

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
• Proven experience personally running Instagram / Meta ads
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of:
• Campaign structure & scaling strategies
• Creative testing & audience testing
• Funnel optimization & landing page performance
• CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution basics
• Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to act quickly on data
• Experience working with B2C / DTC brands
• Comfortable sharing dashboards, reports, or real performance data
• Ability to clearly explain why something worked — or didn’t
