Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to join our growing team and help scale Cumin Co’s digital growth engine. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, execution-focused, and passionate about performance marketing across paid channels (Meta, Google, Amazon, and more). You’ll work closely with the Growth and Creative teams to plan, execute, and analyze campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Execute and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, and other performance channels.
● Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure campaigns meet CAC, ROAS, and ROI goals.
● Assist in building and monitoring campaign structures, ad sets, and creative variations for A/B testing.
● Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop ad copies, visuals, and video assets that resonate with target audiences.
● Track and report key performance metrics — impressions, CTR, conversions, CAC, and ROAS.
● Analyze campaign data to derive insights and recommend optimizations.
● Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, emerging ad formats, and new growth opportunities.
● Work with external agencies or internal teams to align on performance goals and timelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
● 6-8 years of experience in performance marketing — preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
● Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
● Strong analytical skills; proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Excel/Sheets.
● Basic understanding of attribution models, LTV/CAC analysis, and pixel/tagging setup.
● Creative eye for what makes content convert — data + storytelling mindset.
● Self-starter, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
