The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead, Paid Social, Display & Video to lead our visual performance channels—Paid Social, Display, and YouTube—and accelerate growth across both desktop and mobile. You’ll manage a small but impactful team of channel specialists while staying close to the work yourself: shaping strategy, guiding execution, and continuously improving how we acquire and grow customers across key visual surfaces.


You’ll build and scale performance levers through a data-driven creative testing framework, mobile app expansion, and incrementality testing, while owning the desktop acquisition strategy for these channels. You’ll also partner closely with Data Science, Product, Engineering, Creative, and Product Marketing to deliver cohesive, high-impact growth initiatives.
