🌟 About the Role 👥 We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Campaign Manager to lead our affiliate partner ecosystem and drive high-quality lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing affiliate campaigns, optimizing CPL, and delivering strong ROI through data-driven strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, partner relationship management, and a passion for performance marketing.

🚀 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

🎯 Campaign Planning & Execution

■ Plan and launch affiliate campaigns across multiple channels supporting our CPaaS platform.

■ Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure quality leads and desired CPL targets.

■ Optimize creatives, landing pages, and funnels in collaboration with internal teams. Performance Tracking & Optimization

■ Track key metrics: CPL, ROI, CAC, conversion rates, and revenue impact.

■ Conduct A/B testing to improve lead quality and reduce cost per acquisition.

■ Identify underperforming campaigns and implement quick corrective actions. Reporting & Analysis

■ Prepare weekly and monthly reports on affiliate performance and campaign effectiveness.

■ Share actionable insights on spend, leads, conversions, and ROI with stakeholders.

■ Use analytics tools (GA4, Excel, internal dashboards) for detailed performance analysis. Compliance & Quality Control

■ Ensure all affiliate campaigns follow Helo.Ai's policies and brand guidelines.

■ Regularly audit lead quality to avoid fraud, duplication, or irrelevant leads. Partner Management

■ Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks and publishers.

■ Onboard new high-performing affiliate partners to expand reach.

■ Negotiate terms and optimize partnership agreements for mutual growth. Documentation

■ Maintain detailed documentation of campaign strategies, performance metrics, and best practices.

■ Create playbooks for successful campaign execution and optimization. Collaboration

■ Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align affiliate strategies with business goals.

■ Coordinate with creative teams for campaign asset development.

🛠 Knowledge & Skill-set Required

● Experience: 3–5 years in affiliate marketing or performance marketing

● Campaign Management: Strong knowledge of CPL campaigns, ROI optimization, and partner management

● Networks & Platforms: Experience working with affiliate networks, publishers, and media buying partners

● Analytics: Ability to analyze large data sets and make quick, data-driven decisions

● Tools: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Excel, tracking tools, and marketing dashboards

● Industry Knowledge: Understanding of CPaaS/SaaS industry (preferred)

● Negotiation: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

● Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication;
stakeholder management

● Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and optimization mindset
