Performance Marketing Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Manager who will go beyond

managing campaigns to own and scale an entirely new vertical of pujas. This role

demands not only expertise in paid marketing but also strong business acumen,

strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across functions—category, product,

content, and creative—to drive exponential growth.

This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for driving revenue, CAC

efficiency, ROAS, contribution margins, and vertical-level growth.
