Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
A. Platform Operations & Execution
- Direct Management: Execute and optimize daily Performance Marketing campaigns (PLA, PCA, Display) on Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Ajio.
- Quick Commerce Ownership: Manage visibility and bidding strategies on Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto to ensure top-of-search presence during high-intent windows.
- Agency Liaison (Amazon): Act as the primary point of contact for the Amazon ad agency; provide them with brand calendars, stock updates, and hold them accountable for daily targets.
- Campaign Health: Monitor bids, budgets, and keyword performance hourly/daily to ensure zero wastage of ad spends.
B. Data Analytics & MIS (Core Ownership)
- Reporting: Design and maintain a comprehensive Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS tracking GMV, Spends, ROAS, and TACOS across all platforms.
- SKU Analytics: Conduct deep-dives into SKU-level performance to identify "star" products and "dead" stock, recommending budget shifts accordingly.
- Dashboarding: Maintain and update internal dashboards that visualize funnel metrics: Impressions → CTR → CVR → Revenue.
- Competitive Benchmarking: Track "Share of Voice" (SOV) and pricing movements of competitors in the backpacks and lifestyle categories.
C. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Inventory Sync: Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure ad spends are aligned with warehouse fill rates (especially for Q-Com).
- Content & Creative: Work with the creative team to request and deploy high-performing banners, A+ content, and video ads for the Genie and Urban Jungle brand stores.
Candidate Profile
- Education: MBA or Graduate (Marketing, Statistics, or Data Science preferred).
- Technical Skills: * Advanced Excel/Google Sheets: Expertise in VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Cleaning is a must.
- Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with portals like Flipkart Seller Hub and Amazon Advertising Console.
- Soft Skills: Strong logical reasoning, high attention to detail, and a "growth-hacker" mindset.
- Experience: Prior experience in a D2 C brand or an E-commerce agency is highly preferred.
