Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
A. Platform Operations & Execution
Direct Management: Execute and optimize daily Performance Marketing campaigns (PLA, PCA, Display) on Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Ajio .
Quick Commerce Ownership: Manage visibility and bidding strategies on Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto to ensure top-of-search presence during high-intent windows.
Agency Liaison (Amazon): Act as the primary point of contact for the Amazon ad agency; provide them with brand calendars, stock updates, and hold them accountable for daily targets.
Campaign Health: Monitor bids, budgets, and keyword performance hourly/daily to ensure zero wastage of ad spends.
B. Data Analytics & MIS (Core Ownership)
Reporting: Design and maintain a comprehensive Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS tracking GMV, Spends, ROAS, and TACOS across all platforms.
SKU Analytics: Conduct deep-dives into SKU-level performance to identify star products and dead stock, recommending budget shifts ...
