Our client is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize paid media campaigns across digital channels. This is a newly created role supporting growth and performance initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, and other paid channels
  • Develop media strategies aligned with business and performance objectives
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient spend and ROI
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Present performance results and insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively
