Key Responsibilities
Performance Strategy & Campaign Execution
Own and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns across paid ads, SEO, content, affiliates, and email.
Align acquisition and growth strategies with product, revenue, and business objectives.
Plan and execute product launches, cross-sell/upsell initiatives, and retargeting campaigns.
Lead campaigns end-to-end—from ideation, creative briefing, and execution to reporting and optimization.
Channel Ownership & Funnel Optimization
Take full ownership of key performance channels such as paid media, SEO, email, content, or affiliates, ensuring consistent ROI improvements.
Build, optimize, and scale full-funnel journeys: awareness → consideration → conversion → retention.
Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, CTAs, and email sequences to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Track and analyze performance using GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, and SEO analytics tools.
Monitor and report key metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV, and revenue impact.
Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments to validate growth hypotheses and scale winning strategies.
Content, Creators & Partnerships
Collaborate with content, design, and affiliate/creator partners to produce high-performing performance assets.
Support and grow affiliate and influencer programs through structured campaigns and co-created content.
Ensure content strategies are aligned with audience intent and conversion goals across blogs, social, and partner channels.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Mentor and guide junior performance marketers on execution, testing frameworks, and best practices.
Delegate effectively with clear briefs and performance expectations.
Partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure message alignment, UX optimization, and funnel efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4–7 years of hands-on digital or performance marketing experience with proven results across multi-channel campaigns.
Strong ownership of acquisition channels including paid ads, SEO, email, content, affiliates, or influencers.
Proficiency with performance and analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Semrush/Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, and UTM tracking.
Excellent copywriting and messaging skills with the ability to simplify and optimize for conversion.
Deep understanding of funnels, attribution models, CAC, LTV, and performance-led growth frameworks.
Experience leading campaigns, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating cross-functionally.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth insights.
High execution discipline—balancing speed, quality, and consistency.

Experience in WordPress, SaaS, or website builder ecosystems.
