Job Description
We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to drive profitable growth across our DTC eCommerce business (health space). This role is built for someone who wants accountability for performance across paid acquisition and funnel efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta & Google with a direct-response focus
- Work closely with our creative team to test and iterate ad concepts and angles
- Identify and fix growth bottlenecks across the funnel — ads, landing pages, offers, email, and on-site experience
- Review and optimize landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rate, AOV, and contribution margin
- Own core growth KPIs (CAC, ROAS, AOV, MER, contribution margin) and drive them forward
- Unlock new growth opportunities by proactively surfacing growth problems and executing solutions without being told
