Job Description

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can own end-to-end performance campaigns, manage clients confidently, and lead teams to deliver consistent growth across paid channels. This role blends strategy, execution, and leadership .
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Media Planning Own media planning, budget allocation, and forecasting across Meta, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other paid platforms
Build clear, actionable media plans aligned with client objectives (ROI, ROAS, CAC, scale)
Translate business goals into performance strategies and test roadmaps
Campaign Execution & Optimization Launch, manage, and continuously optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms
Drive performance through audience strategy, creative testing, funnel optimization, and bid strategies
Identify scale opportunities while maintaining efficiency
