About the Job

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of paid digital campaigns across multiple channels. This job focuses on driving sustainable growth through data-led decision making, structured testing, and close collaboration with internal teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on execution, understands performance metrics deeply, and knows how to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end management of performance-driven campaigns across paid search, paid social, and other acquisition channels
  • Define campaign structures, budgets, and optimization strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Monitor performance trends and translate data into actionable insights
  • Develop testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, bidding approaches, and landing experiences
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to improve conversion performance
  • Prepare clear performance reports and communicate results to stakeholders
  • Ensure tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks are accurate and reliable

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or growth-focused marketing jobs
  • Proven track record managing mid-to-large scale budgets across multiple paid channels
  • Strong hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel optimization
  • Experience working with data dashboards and performance reporting
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution
