We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can own end-to-end performance campaigns, manage clients confidently, and lead teams to deliver consistent growth across paid channels. This role blends strategy, execution, and leadership.


Key Responsibilities


Performance & Media Planning
  • Own media planning, budget allocation, and forecasting across Meta, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other paid platforms
  • Build clear, actionable media plans aligned with client objectives (ROI, ROAS, CAC, scale)
  • Translate business goals into performance strategies and test roadmaps


Campaign Execution & Optimization
