Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who owns growth, efficiency, and ROI across paid channels. This role goes beyond running ads you will drive strategy, experimentation, funnel optimization, and measurable business outcomes for multiple brands.

You should be deeply hands-on, data-driven, and obsessed with performance.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Ownership

  • Own and scale performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other paid channels
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Paid Social
  • Manage and optimize large monthly ad budgets with clear ROAS and CAC targets
