About the Role

In this role, you’ll manage large-scale campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn.

You will collaborate with our Creative Hive, Analytics Swarm, Product Thinkers, and Tech Bees to craft campaigns that don’t just fly, they soar.

You’ll report to our Head of PPC at The Brand Bee.

What Makes You Our Kind of Bee?

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in running performance campaigns across Meta (We strictly prefer this sweet spot. Please don’t apply if you have more.)
• A curious, data-loving bee who thrives on insights, ROAS, CTRs & funnel flow
• Experience in Amazon or Flipkart ads? That’s honey on the comb
• A problem-solving pollinator. You look at challenges as nectar in disguise
• A true hive player who collaborates, supports, and adapts
• Passionate about building processes, hitting SLA timelines, and managing high-volume portfolios without breaking a sweat
