Job Description

We are looking for a result-oriented and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist with 3–6 years of experience in managing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance-driven marketing, campaign optimization, and data-led decision making. Candidates who have exposure to D2C or e-commerce brands will be preferred, along with experience in scaling digital campaigns and driving measurable business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Own and independently execute paid performance campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube)
  • Build and optimize full-funnel strategies from first touch to conversion
