Performance Marketing Manager (Full-Time)

Website: are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns that drive qualified leads, pipeline growth, and ROI. The ideal candidate is data-driven, hands-on with ad platforms, and focused on continuous optimization.
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Linked In Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance channels
Drive lead generation, demand generation, and conversions with clear ROI tracking
Own campaign setup including ad copies, creatives coordination, targeting, bidding, and budgets
Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, landing pages, and audiences
Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns across platforms
Coordinate with internal teams for landing pages, creatives, and tracking requirements
Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform pixels
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Stay updated with platform updates, new ad formats, and best practices
Mandatory Skills (Compulsory)
Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube)
Experience with Linked In Ads (mandatory for B2 B targeting)
Strong understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Experience in lead generation campaigns
Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
Good understanding of funnels, attribution, and audience targeting
Good to Have
Experience working in B2 B Saa S or enterprise marketing
Knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM integrations
Exposure to A/B testing and CRO frameworks
Basic understanding of copywriting and ad creatives
