Job Description
We’re looking for a senior, hands-on D2C performance marketer to be the first marketing hire for our client's subscription-based apps and SaaS products. You’ll own performance marketing end-to-end—from PPC strategy and analytics to budgeting and ROAS optimization—and work directly with the Founder. This is a high-ownership role: you’ll advise on product-market fit, creative strategy, and growth, and eventually build and manage a small team.

Initial market focus: US (experience here is highly preferred)
Starting from zero: no traffic, no data
Responsibilities
Own PPC and performance marketing strategy across primary channels (Meta, TikTok) and secondary channels as needed (Google)
Full budget ownership and ROAS accountability
