Fast growth East London start-up seeking the right candidate to join our team. Part-time/Freelance to transfer after trial period into in-house Performance Marketing Manager role. This person must have a minimum 3-4 years of experience in the UK Beauty Industry, preferable agency side that worked across fast growth brands and platforms, looking to fast-track to a senior decision making position.

Responsibilities and Skills

-> Own and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging platforms

-> Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-led performance strategy integrating AI forecasting
