Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid growth initiatives across global markets. This role demands both strategic thinking and executional excellence - managing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end campaign management across Meta, Google, YouTube, DV360, Programmatic, and Affiliate channels.
  • Develop and execute paid marketing strategies for India, GCC, UK, and European markets.
  • Own performance metrics, from acquisition to ROI optimization.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and leadership teams to deliver integrated growth outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and performance benchmarks to inform future strategy.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise in campaign setup, optimization, and scaling across key digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and attribution models.
  • Experience managing sizable budgets and delivering against performance targets.
  • Based in Mumbai with the flexibility to work across time zones.
  • Start-up mindset: agile, resourceful, and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
