Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid growth initiatives across global markets. This role demands both strategic thinking and executional excellence - managing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving measurable business impact.

What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end campaign management across Meta, Google, You Tube, DV360, Programmatic, and Affiliate channels.
Develop and execute paid marketing strategies for India, GCC, UK, and European markets.
Own performance metrics, from acquisition to ROI optimization.
Collaborate with creative, product, and leadership teams to deliver integrated growth outcomes.
Stay ahead of digital trends and performance benchmarks to inform future strategy.
What We Are Looking For
2–5 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing.
Hands-on expertise in campaign setup, optimization, and scaling across key digital platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and attribution models.
Experience managing sizable budgets and delivering against performance targets.
Based in Mumbai with the flexibility to work across time zones.
