Role Overview

SRV Media is looking for a performance-driven marketer who lives and breathes numbers, experiments fast, and scales what works. This role owns paid acquisition across platforms and is accountable for ROI, growth, and optimization , not just execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn, Twitter/X (if required)
  • Own end-to-end funnel performance : impressions → clicks → conversions → revenue
  • Optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, CPL, CPA
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, copies, and landing pages
  • Analyze data using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Looker Studio
  • Work closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to improve performance
  • Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across channels
  • Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports with clear insights
  • Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and new ad formats


Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Performance funnels
  • Attribution models
  • Pixel & conversion tracking
  • Experience running campaigns for lead gen, e-commerce, or B2B
  • Data-first mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Comfortable handling multiple accounts and budgets
  • Agency experience is a strong plus
