Role Overview
SRV Media is looking for a performance-driven marketer who lives and breathes numbers, experiments fast, and scales what works. This role owns paid acquisition across platforms and is accountable for ROI, growth, and optimization , not just execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn, Twitter/X (if required)
- Own end-to-end funnel performance : impressions → clicks → conversions → revenue
- Optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, CPL, CPA
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, copies, and landing pages
- Analyze data using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Looker Studio
- Work closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to improve performance
- Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across channels
- Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports with clear insights
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and new ad formats
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Solid understanding of:
- Performance funnels
- Attribution models
- Pixel & conversion tracking
- Experience running campaigns for lead gen, e-commerce, or B2B
- Data-first mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Comfortable handling multiple accounts and budgets
- Agency experience is a strong plus
