About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms
⦁ Manage campaign budgets and optimize for maximum ROI
⦁ Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and conversion rates
⦁ Analyze campaign metrics and generate actionable insights
⦁ Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic and paid search performance
⦁ Track and report on KPIs including CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS
⦁ Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives
⦁ Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates
Requirements:
⦁ 1. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
⦁ 2. Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools
⦁ 3. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
⦁ 4. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
⦁ 5. Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
⦁ 6. Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs
⦁ 7. Google Ads and Analytics certifications preferred
⦁ 8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
