About the Role:

Tanseeq Investment Group is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes ROAS. Youll manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and morescaling our eCommerce brands with a data-first, creative-friendly approach.


Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms

Collaborate on creative briefing and ad copy strategies

Monitor KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR) and optimize accordingly

Conduct audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel strategy

Report weekly performance with insights and action plans


Requirements:

3+ years in paid media buying, especially for eCommerce

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads

Deep understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and pixels

Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
