**Overview**
A **Performance Marketing Specialist** is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, etc.) with a strong focus on **measurable results** such as leads, sales, or ROI.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and manage paid acquisition campaigns (Search, Display, Social, Video, and Remarketing).
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and optimize budgets accordingly.
- Conduct A/B tests to improve creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Manage tracking pixels, conversion events, and analytics tags (GA4, Tag Manager, etc.).
