Role mission

Execute and optimize PPC campaigns for ecommerce brands across Meta + Google.

Support 0→1 launches and 1→10 scaling by improving ROAS and revenue consistently (~20%–50% QoQ where feasible).

Stay ahead of Meta/Google algorithm changes and translate platform updates into real optimizations.


Key responsibilities

Build/manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta (Conversions/ASC) with daily optimizations.

Keyword research, product/collection segmentation, audience targeting for profitable growth.

Run testing plans for ad copy/creatives/landing pages; collaborate with design/content to ship iterations fast.

Track and report on ROAS, revenue, CPA, CTR, CVR, AOV; provide clear insights + next steps weekly.

Budget pacing + optimization levers (bidding strategies, placements, exclusions, negatives, feed rules).

Measurement hygiene: Pixel/CAPI, events prioritization, UTMs, GA4; basic GTM coordination.

Competitor analysis + growth opportunities (offers, positioning, creative angles).

Keep up with industry trends and platform changes; share learnings.


Must-have experience & skills (non-negotiables)

Hands-on PPC expertise in Meta + Google and eagerness to go deep on algorithm shifts.

In-depth ecommerce experience (has handled ecommerce campaigns and can show outcomes).

Experience contributing to 0→1 growth and/or 1→10 scaling (revenue + ROAS).

Strong analytical mindset; executes data-driven optimizations.


Requirements

3+ years PPC experience (Google Ads + Meta Ads) with ecommerce campaign ownership.

GA4 + reporting comfort (Looker Studio / Excel/Sheets); experimentation mindset.

Tools: Ads Editor, Merchant Center, keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush); basic feed troubleshooting.

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Certifications (plus): Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics.


Good-to-have

TikTok Ads (good to have).

Lead gen exposure is fine, but ecommerce performance is the priority.

Shopify + product feed tools experience (feed rules, supplemental feeds).
