Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Performance Marketer with 2–3 years of experience who will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns to drive service requests and bookings on AllignX.

This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the manager/founder. The role requires strong execution skills, comfort with data, and a clear focus on CPA, conversions, and ROI.

1. Paid User Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)

• Execute paid marketing campaigns to drive service requests and bookings
• Own the acquisition funnel from ad click → app install / website visit → booking
