The Role:

Key Responsibilities : 


  • Execute, optimise and manage end-to-end Google AdWords & meta campaigns for E commerce website sales, Lead generation as per clients requirement, drive traffic on the website to maximise conversions and achieve predetermined KPIs.
  • including keyword selection, ad copy creation, budget allocation, and bid management.
  • Create compelling ad copies and A/B test various ad creatives to enhance click-through and conversion rates.
  • Should understand what kind of creatives and copies work for best conversions & collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives
  • Implement effective tracking mechanisms, such as conversion tracking and ROI using analytics tools, to measure campaign performance and gather insightful data for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse data, generate reports, and provide insights on campaign effectiveness.

Ideal Profile:

Requirements

  • Proven experience in consistently delivering more than 3x ROAS.
  • A track record of scaling existing brands' ROAS from 2x-3x to 7x-8x and much more.
  • Expertise in strategizing comprehensive digital marketing plans with detailed projections
  • We are looking for somebody who knows how to get results in low ad budgets.
  • In depth knowledge of Google and Meta ads.
  • An experienced individual ready to take on a head position with the drive to lead and innovate.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to showcase past performance results.
