Job Description

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can take charge of Meta Ads campaigns and deliver high-quality leads and sales for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation & sales.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR) are consistently met.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience targeting, and ad placements.
  • Analyze data and generate insightful reports for clients.
  • Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Requirements
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign structures, audience segmentation, and tracking.
  • Experience in generating qualified leads & driving e-commerce sales.
