About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to own the execution of our Google Paid channel globally. You will be the master of our Google Ads accounts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Campaign Management: Execute paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, focusing on both prospecting and retargeting.
  • Creative Strategy: Analyze ad performance to provide data-backed briefs to our design team.
  • Audience Segmentation: Build and refine audience lists to target high-value B2B buyers.
  • Experimentation: Test new channels and ad formats to lower our cost per lead.
  • Reporting: Track daily and weekly performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the Performance Lead.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Paid Social (Meta/LinkedIn preferred).
  • Understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how to use content to nurture leads.
  • Strong copywriting skills for ad captions and headlines.
  • Experience with video ads and creative testing.
