VolfR is building a performance-first athleisure brand with a strong focus on scaling in Australia and international markets.

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist who can own growth across Meta Ads + Google Ads end-to-end — strategy, execution, creative direction, budgeting, and performance reporting.

This role is for someone who takes performance personally, understands how to scale D2C brands profitably, and knows how to turn creatives into winners.

Paid Acquisition & Scaling

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on:

• Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)

• Google Ads (Search / Shopping / Performance Max)

• Build structured funnels: TOF MOF BOF

• Improve ROAS, CAC, AOV, conversion rate through continuous experimentation
