Job Description

  • Launch and manage ad campaigns on Facebook, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and possibly TikTok
  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and optimize campaigns
  • Run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Work with creatives, product, and data teams to align on goals
  • Ensure proper tracking using GA4, Meta Pixel, etc.
  • Create reports and share insights
  • Stay up to date with trends and platform updates
  • 2–3+ years in performance marketing (Facebook or Google Ads)
  • Strong with data tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Excel/Sheets)
  • Familiar with KPIs and budget management (PHP 500K+/mo)
  • Experience with pixel/event tracking and attribution tools (e.g., GA4, UTM, MMPs)
  • Independent, organized, and detail-oriented
  • English fluency required
  • Experience with Shopify, TikTok Ads
  • Familiarity with MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch)
