Job Description
- Launch and manage ad campaigns on Facebook, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and possibly TikTok
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and optimize campaigns
- Run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Work with creatives, product, and data teams to align on goals
- Ensure proper tracking using GA4, Meta Pixel, etc.
- Create reports and share insights
- Stay up to date with trends and platform updates
- 2–3+ years in performance marketing (Facebook or Google Ads)
- Strong with data tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Excel/Sheets)
- Familiar with KPIs and budget management (PHP 500K+/mo)
- Experience with pixel/event tracking and attribution tools (e.g., GA4, UTM, MMPs)
- Independent, organized, and detail-oriented
- English fluency required
- Experience with Shopify, TikTok Ads
- Familiarity with MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch)
