Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Web Subscription business. This role sits at the core of our growth engine and is responsible for scaling acquisition across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong focus on profitability, experimentation, and long-term value.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has already operated at scale, is comfortable managing 8-figure monthly budgets, and understands how performance marketing works in subscription-based businesses.

You will work in a cross-channel environment (Search + Social), closely connected with Product, Data, Creative, and Lifecycle teams, and contribute directly to the growth of some of our most relevant Web products.
