Digital Media Director — Key Responsibilities

Digital Media Strategy and Performance Leadership

  • Lead strategy, planning, and execution across paid digital channels (Meta, Google, Programmatic, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Serve as subject-matter expert (SME) for all client-facing digital media matters, ensuring performance meets or exceeds KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell media services based on evolving client needs and campaign learnings.
  • Drive innovation and incorporate emerging ad formats, targeting strategies, and platform features.

Creative Operations Oversight & Innovation

  • Oversee the Creative Operations team (art and copy), ensuring timely delivery, creative refresh cycles, and alignment with media strategies.
