This role will enable you to oversee operations delivery and gather performance and drive output for 10 domains within Innovation Hub 2. You will be responsible for the delivery performance and required to define, implement and report Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for overall Innovation Hub 2 delivery and operations.Other responsibilities include:* Lead Performance Management Team, this includes establish delivery performance excellence and overseeing demand & supply within Innovation Hub 2.* Work with head of delivery & domain leads on the program strategy, service and operational planning and operations. You will be responsible to manage stakeholder from Innovation Hub 2 as well as Group Banking Level* Accountable to delivery quality carried out from Innovation Hub 2, able to define, measure, prepare and present the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to management team and other audiences on agreed time period* Identify and perform continuous improvement on process, technology and people aspect within Innovation Hub 2* Monitor delivery project demand and resources allocation and making sure the overall capacity is balanced* Provide support to your teams with guidance, advice and information on effective performance management, share & maintain industry/technology best practice to be shared and implemented within Innovation Hub 2* Enable standardization and holistic tracking and monitoring of performance across domains on a regular basis* Identify root causes and drive improvement actions based on day to day activities within Innovation Hub 2## **Additional Requirements**Develop, Engage, Execute, StrategiseBe a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
