Key Job Responsibilities

• Review and validate compensation and benefits transactions, including salary

revisions, bonus payouts, and benefits enrollment, ensuring compliance with

Singapore HR policies and statutory requirements.

• Accurately execute compensation and benefits processes in line with Standard

Operating Procedures (SOPs) and organizational guidelines, maintaining data

integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.

• Maintain and update employee compensation records in HR systems such as

Workday, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.

• Coordinate and resolve employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and

performance rewards through ticketing systems, ensuring prompt and

professional communication.
