Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing & Social Media Lead to strategize, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across paid and organic channels. The role will be responsible for accelerating brand visibility, driving high-quality traffic, strengthening digital presence, and delivering measurable business outcomes across markets.
This person will work closely with marketing, product and sales, design, and content teams to drive end-to-end campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Linked In, Meta, You Tube, and programmatic platforms.
Drive measurable growth through performance channels—lead generation, website traffic, conversions, remarketing, and audience engagement.
Own campaign dashboards, analytics, and reporting across platforms (GA4, Linked In Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Hub Spot).
