We’re looking for a skilled and collaborative Performance Test Engineer III to help us ensure our software solutions are scalable, resilient, and high-performing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex performance challenges and wants to contribute to building reliable systems that serve users at scale.

Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with product teams to understand and gather non-functional requirements.

  • Design, implement, and maintain performance and scalability testing frameworks.

  • Automate performance tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

  • Monitor test execution and analyze results to identify bottlenecks.

  • Support development teams in diagnosing and resolving performance issues.

  • Establish benchmarks and performance baselines for ongoing improvement.

    • Requirements: 

  • 4+ years of experience in performance testing, preferably with LoadRunner.

  • Experience with shell scripting

  • Proficiency in Python for test automation.

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).

  • Understanding of Kubernetes and containerized environments.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus.
