Role: Test Lead
Experience: 7+ yrs (6+ relevant in Load runner
Job location: Mumbai (Work from Office)
Notice period: 0-15 Days
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using Load Runner (Vu Gen)
• Identify performance bottlenecks and work closely with developers, architects, and DB teams to resolve issues
• Perform Load, Stress, Endurance, Spike, and Volume testing with reporting.
• Analyze test results using Load Runner Analysis and prepare detailed performance reports
• Monitor system resources (CPU, Memory, Disk, Network) during test execution
• Participate in performance requirement gathering and workload modeling
• Ensure performance testing best practices are followed across projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in Performance Testing
• Strong hands-on experience with Micro Focus Load Runner (Vu Gen, Controller, Analysis)
• Extensive knowledge of Load Runner Enterprise/ Performance centre
• Experience scripting using C language
• Good understanding of Web (HTTP/HTML), Web Services (SOAP/REST) protocols
• Experience with correlation, parameterization, checkpoints, and error handling, complex data management
• Hands-on experience with Performance Monitoring tools (App Dynamics, Dynatrace, or similar – good to have)
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
