Performance Tester

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and self-driven Performance Tester to join our team in Telco domain. The Performance Tester will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests using tools such as JMeter to ensure that systems can handle high traffic, meet performance benchmarks, and remain stable under load. This role requires working independently, proactively identifying performance bottlenecks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance. The ideal candidate has prior experience working on large-scale projects involving complex system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance tests (load, stress, endurance) using JMeter, LoadRunner, and IBM Rational Performance Tester
• Analyse test results to identify performance bottlenecks (CPU, memory, network, database, APIs)
