Role : Performance Tester (Locust + Python)

Experience Range : 7-10 years

Location of Requirement : Hyderabad

Job Description :

Job Summary:

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans using Locust and Python-based frameworks .
• Simulate real-world load models based on production metrics and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
• Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks across APIs, databases, and UI layers.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and DevOps teams to optimize system performance and scalability.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and observability platforms (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
• Generate detailed performance reports , summarizing findings, metrics, and recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute to the test automation strategy by reusing and extending existing test scripts for performance validation.

Must have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Locust, or Gatling .
• Proficiency in Python scripting and data-driven test design.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of APM tools (New Relic, Dynatrace, Datadog) for root cause analysis.
• Experience integrating performance tests in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
