Performance Testing Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in performance testing tools, scripting, execution, and analysis for complex enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, script, and execute performance tests using JMeter and LoadRunner across multiple protocols (HTTP/HTML, Web Services, Ajax TruClient, MQ, SAP, Java).
• Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with engineering teams for tuning and optimization.
• Monitor system performance using APM/Monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or Grafana.
• Prepare performance test reports and provide actionable insights.
