Performance Testing Lead - CREQ Description

Job Description:

  • Performance testing Core experience,
  • Understand Workload modelling (WLM)
  • Experience in database performance analysis,
  • Strong in Load Runner Tool, scripting
  • Should be capable in enhancing the script independently,
  • Strong in JMETER should be able to create own custom function
  • Should be good in JAVA application performance testing
  • Should have experience working in AGILE environment

    • Primary Skill:

  • Collaboration with various teams across organization and enable them in conducting performance testing .
  • Performance testing advisory for areas like JMeter scripting , application monitoring, performance testing best practices etc.
  • Strong in performance Engineering not just performance testing, should be capable of finding root cause analysis.
  • Strong experience in using APM /monitoring tools usage like Appdynamics / Splunk .
  • Hands-on experience In GC Analysis, Heap and Thread Dumps
