What requirements you'll need to be eligible

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a beauty advisor role or similar position within the beauty industry

  • In-depth knowledge of luxury beauty brands, products, and current trends

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

  • Strong sales skills and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues

  • Flexibility to work 5 to 6 days per week, including weekends and holidays as required

  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a passion for the beauty industry

  • Diploma or certification in cosmetology, esthetics, or related field is preferred
