  • Customer Service & Sales: Greet and welcome customers enthusiastically.
    Assist customers in finding products, offering personalized recommendations, and explaining product features and benefits.
    Promote current sales, discounts, and loyalty programs.
    Build lasting customer relationships.
    Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally.

  • Store Operations: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for accurate payment processing (cash, card).
    Receive, unpack, and process new shipments.
    Replenish stock and ensure shelves are fully stocked and well-organized.
