Are you an experienced Nurse Practitioner passionate about aged care and looking for the flexibility of fully remote telehealth work? My client are looking for two Nurse Practitioners. They are a a diversified healthcare company delivering innovative quality care through a network of primary care medical centres and offering Industrial Medicine to government authorities, large private institutions and the aged care sector. They offer accessible and affordable health care for all residents of residential aged care and retirement villages.

🩺 The Role

• Provide telehealth consultations to residents in aged care facilities
• Work closely with aged care teams to deliver quality, coordinated care
• Fully remote, secure video consultations
• Start date: ASAP
• Interview via Microsoft Teams

🕒 Schedule

• Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
• Shifts vary: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Flexible shift structure available, discussed during interview

✅ What You’ll Need

• Nurse Practitioner with current AHPRA registration
• Experience in aged care, geriatric, and chronic disease management
• Strong telehealth and digital documentation skills
• ABN and ability to invoice weekly
• Reliable internet and suitable home office setup
